The Professional Behind the Expertise

Bridging Language, Culture, and Community Health
Welcome to Gallardo Translations. My name is Marina Gallardo, and for the past 13 years, I have dedicated my career to public health, federal nutrition programs, and community advocacy. I learned early on that building a healthier community starts with listening to the people within it.
As my role evolved, I transitioned from direct nutrition and wellness education to designing high-level Policy, Systems, and Environmental (PSE) change strategies. Today, I lead community programming focused on food systems, ensuring local health initiatives are equitable, sustainable, and resident-led.
Grounded in Strategy, Focused on Community
My approach is deeply rooted in science and strategy. I hold a Master of Science in Obesity Prevention and Management with a Public Health focus, which allows me to understand the complex systems governing public health.
This unique background bridges the gap between your technical data and your target audience. Whether you are launching an academic research study, implementing government policy, or designing educational toolkits, I translate your formal concepts into accessible Spanish that resonates with local families.
The Gallardo Translations Difference
I founded Gallardo Translations because true health equity cannot exist without linguistic and cultural respect. I offer a deep, practical understanding of community engagement, health equity, and public health policy. Let’s collaborate to make your next project trusted, accessible, and impactful.
